Dumpster rental for construction sites
A job site without an empty can is a job site paying framers to stand around. We run priority swap-outs out of our own Milford yard: call the swap in the afternoon and the fresh container is there before the crew coffees up.
Which size fits
Framing offcuts, sheathing, siding, and packaging pile up faster than any other debris stream. New builds and additions run the 30 yard; a tight in-fill lot or a smaller addition runs the 20 with scheduled swap-outs so the site never stalls.
What goes in
- Framing lumber and sheathing
- Siding, roofing, and window packaging
- Concrete forms and scrap (ask about weight)
- Site trash and general construction debris
The short prohibited list (paints, chemicals, hazardous material) is on the FAQ page. Heavy material like concrete, brick, and dirt is welcome with a quick call first, so we can confirm weight and pricing before your card is ever charged.
“Great prices and friendly staff. Process was made very easy and they are very flexible if you need to change the pick up date. I had to change pick up date 3 times and they were very understanding. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a dumpster service in the future and recommend them to anyone.”
Common questions
Do you do swap-outs for active job sites?
Yes, and it is the core of our contractor work. Call the swap in and the loaded can is hauled and a fresh one set, usually next morning and often same-day. Your crew never works around a full container.
Can I put concrete or masonry in the dumpster?
In small quantities mixed with other debris, yes. Full loads of concrete, brick, or dirt are a different animal (weight limits), so call us first and we will set it up correctly instead of surprising you at the scale.
Do you offer contractor accounts?
Yes. Net terms, priority dispatch, one invoice per project, and a dispatcher who answers the phone. Set it up once and every future can is one text away.
