Commercial dumpster rental
Businesses need the container to land on schedule, sit where facilities said it could sit, and disappear before Monday opening. We work to your dock hours, insurance paperwork is a same-day email, and the office answers when property management calls.
Which size fits
Office and retail fit-outs, tenant turnovers, and property cleanups produce steady, bulky debris: fixtures, racking, old buildouts. The 30 yard minimizes swaps on bigger projects; the 20 fits tighter loading areas and parking constraints.
What goes in
- Office and retail fit-outs
- Tenant turnovers and property cleanups
- Fixtures, racking, and old buildouts
- Recurring service for facilities teams
The short prohibited list (paints, chemicals, hazardous material) is on the FAQ page. Heavy material like concrete, brick, and dirt is welcome with a quick call first, so we can confirm weight and pricing before your card is ever charged.
“Great company to work with! Goes above and beyond with keeping customers happy. They are true to their word. Responds to messages quickly even after hours and on weekends.”
Common questions
Can you deliver during our off-hours?
Delivery runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and within that window we schedule to your dock or lot constraints. Tell us the placement rules when you book and the driver arrives with them in hand.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. If your property manager requires a COI naming the landlord, tell us at booking and it is emailed the same day, before the truck rolls.
Can we set up recurring service?
Yes. Facilities teams and property managers run standing swap schedules with us: one point of contact, one monthly invoice, and dispatch that already knows the site.
How are business orders billed?
Same flat rates as homeowners, with the town fuel recovery fee, a 3% admin fee, and Connecticut sales tax itemized on every order before you pay. Extra days are $10 each and weight over the allowance is $160 per ton from the scale ticket.
Can the dumpster go in our parking lot?
Yes. On a private lot the container goes wherever the truck can reach a straight, clear patch, with about 20 feet of clearance overhead. We set boards under it to protect the pavement, and we schedule delivery within our Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM window around your lot rules.
