Concrete, brick, and asphalt weigh two to four times what household debris does, so the right move is a small container filled part way, priced by the ton, with the number agreed before delivery. Call first and we set it up correctly instead of surprising you at the scale.
Which size fits
Concrete, brick, and asphalt are priced by weight, not volume, and they are dense: a 12 yard filled only part way can already hit a truck’s legal weight. That is why heavy debris rides in the small container, filled to the line we mark, never the big one. We confirm the tonnage and the price on a quick call before your card is ever charged.

Common questions
Why do I need a smaller dumpster for concrete?
Because weight, not space, is the limit. A cubic yard of broken concrete runs about 4,000 lbs, so even a 12 yard reaches a truck’s legal haul weight when it is only a third full. Filling a bigger can would just leave most of it unhaulable. We set the small container, mark a fill line, and quote the tonnage.
How is heavy debris priced?
By the ton, agreed before delivery. Clean concrete, brick, and dirt loads are quoted per ton on a quick call so there are no surprises; overage past a quote bills at $160 per ton after the certified weigh-in. Keeping the streams clean (concrete separate from wood and trash) keeps the per-ton rate lowest.
Can I mix a little concrete with regular debris?
Small amounts mixed into a general load are usually fine. Full loads of concrete, brick, dirt, or asphalt are a weight job and need to be set up as one, so call us first and we will price it right rather than flag it at pickup.
