What fits in it
Everything people rent a 10 yard for, with breathing room:
- Single-room cleanouts
- Bathroom remodels
- Garage and basement purges
- Yard debris and storm cleanup
- Small roofing repairs
Why this is not a bait and switch
The 10 yard exists in the industry mostly as a low sticker price with a small tonnage allowance behind it. Ours is simpler: more container, a full ton, and the flat rate posted in public. You get the price you expected to pay for a 10 and more box to fill at it.
Delivery, pickup, and the tonnage are all inside the $399. Booking online takes about two minutes, next-day delivery is the standard, and same-day is frequently possible when you call before noon.
Common questions
Do you rent 10 yard dumpsters?
We run 12, 20, and 30 yard containers. For every job a 10 yard would handle, our 12 yard is the answer, at $399 flat with a full ton and 5 days included: the price bracket most companies charge for a 10 with half the tonnage.
Is a 12 yard too big for my driveway?
No. The footprint is nearly identical: our 12 yard is 12 feet long and 5 feet wide, and it needs the same clear spot a 10 yard would, about 15 feet by 10 feet, the footprint of a parked pickup truck.
What does the 12 yard cost?
$399 flat. That covers delivery, pickup, 1 ton of disposal, and 5 rental days. Extra days are $10 each and overage past the ton is $160 per ton, billed only after the load is weighed.
